These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Colosseum Code's website and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Colosseum Code provides web development, design, and digital marketing services as described on our website. Specific deliverables are outlined in each project agreement or package description.

  • Custom website design and development
  • E-commerce solutions
  • SEO optimization
  • Hosting and domain setup
  • Website maintenance and support

3. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all services:

  • Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
  • Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, PayPal, Wise, and international credit/debit cards.
  • Currency: All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Late Payments: A 5% late fee may apply to overdue invoices.

4. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Single Page: 5-7 business days
  • 5 Pages: 10-14 business days
  • Enterprise: 4-6 weeks

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

5. Revisions & Changes

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

  • Single Page: 2 revision rounds
  • 5 Pages: 3 revision rounds
  • Enterprise: Unlimited revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website code and design. We retain the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

  • All custom code, designs, and content created for your project are your property
  • We do not claim ownership of your brand, logo, or content
  • We may use your project as a case study with your permission

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information about your project
  • Review and respond to project updates in a timely manner
  • Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) within the agreed timeline
  • Maintain your hosting and domain accounts

8. Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us:

  • Before development begins: Full refund of advance payment
  • During development: Partial refund based on work completed
  • After delivery: We will work to resolve any issues at no additional cost

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of project completion.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time. If work has already started, the advance payment is non-refundable to cover initial design and development work.

10. Hosting & Domain

We are not responsible for:

  • Hosting downtime caused by your hosting provider
  • Domain name registration issues
  • Security breaches caused by third-party services

We recommend Hostinger for hosting and will assist you with setup on your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

Colosseum Code is not liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues caused by third-party services or software

Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
